DigiBox at BETT 2017

DigiBox brings the latest global digital production innovations to BETT 2017

Posted by Ed Brown | January 24, 2017 | Primary

Leading UK product distribution company serving the broadcast, telecommunication and multimedia markets, DigiBox, will feature a number of world-class products which enable educators to engage students in the creation of multi-media content, on Stand G380 at BETT 2017.

DigiBox will highlight the latest innovations from American hardware and software company NewTek, for whom it is the sole UK Distributor with dedicated sales, engineering and installation teams. The company will also give demonstrations of production, visual effects, motion graphics and storage equipment that can be used to optimise students’ learning experience.

Amongst the products to try out on the stand will be NewTek TriCaster®, which is helping transform the way educational institutions create network-style content and share it with the world.

With a camcorder and NewTek TriCaster® from DigiBox, educational institutions can create and publish professional and visually sophisticated multi-media presentations, stream them live from anywhere with an internet connection and transform teaching materials into network standard TV programming.

Educators can add deep, multi-layered elements to traditional learning by integrating live production into teaching, and students can learn valuable technological and multi-disciplinary skills at the same time. With the right technology and equipment, students and teachers can create visually sophisticated, multi-media presentations to a professional standard, easily, and without breaking the bank.

NewTek’s easy to use technology, designed specifically for schools and the education sector, allows for high quality video production, simultaneous recording, publishing to social media channels and live streaming from anywhere with an Internet connection as well as many more functionalities for users to explore.
