Last week at the Frankfurt Book Fair in Germany the CEO of CleverBooks, Darya Yegorina, officially presented to public the first ever ready-to-use geometry workbook for primary schools. The workbook has a free Augmented Reality (AR) learning solution incorporated to it and Darya also announced the launch of a new product – a free geography app with AR.
“Geography App will represent the whole world in augmented reality giving children the opportunity to travel the world through continents in 3D from their classroom or home environment: discover landscapes, play with the weather and seasons, learn flora and fauna, see the heritages that are under UNESCO protection and even more!” said Darya.
The innovative geometry workbook with AR has received a positive feedback at the Frankfurt Book Fair from major international publishers and school suppliers from USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand and secured for CleverBooks business cooperation arrangements on four different markets. This will enable school suppliers to purchase the product directly from their local publishers.
“Our overall goal is to cover all primary school subjects by 2019,” said Darya.
CleverBooks is aiming to complement traditional teaching with innovative technology focusing on the primary education sector. The application for all subjects is free to use to provide all children in the world with the access to innovative technology, and to help them improve their learning. Free PDF flashcards can be printed and used by teachers in the classroom, and the workbook and packaged flash cards for geometry are available for purchase from publishers and school suppliers around the world.
Geography App will be available in early 2018, and more information can be found here.
