Free school careers event in London

The event is designed specifically for secondary school leavers, and will highlight opportunities including apprenticeships, degrees, and career paths

School leaver event What Career Live? and What University Live? is returning to London from 11–12 October 2019, aimed at 15–19-year-olds.

The event helps students leaving secondary school to explore apprenticeship, degree, and career opportunities.

Over 40 free presentations will be available, on topics from degree apprenticeshops and how to choose the right career path, to student finance and building positive mental health at university.

Careers advisers will also attend the event, offering one-to-one advice to visitors. Interactive features including a STEM challenge, busker’s corner and a creative hub will also be available for exploration.

Apprenticeships from Warner Bros, Rothschild & Co., Deloitte, EY, Network Rail, Amazon, DSTL, Capgemini, Health Careers (NHS) and many more will be on offer, as well as representation from universities including Brunel University, Aston University, Southampton University, University of Hull, Coventry University, University of Law and more.
