LSBF TV launched by London School of Business and Finance

The study resources for students will be available for free online via social media

London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) is proud to announce the launch of LSBF TV for AAT students.

The platform will offer a new and innovative way for students to prepare for their AAT exam, providing free study resources. LSBF TV features three channels with live sessions for each paper in the AAT exam syllabus, through which students can ask tutors questions and learn how to address assessment tasks.

LSBF TV is accessed via social media, specifically Facebook. The three channels are all streamed on a Friday from 2pm to 5pm and are open to all. There is a clear schedule for each and every paper, so students are able to access them as they stream. If the student is unable to access the content as it streams live, then they are still able to access it as a recording when the individual sessions are uploaded again to social media for access over the following 3-4 weeks.

The sessions are taking place every Friday afternoon over the course of 10 weeks and cover all the AAT papers with a regular 30-minute slot for each. The free sessions, presented by LSBF lecturers, can be watched live through the Facebook page of LSBF.

The platform will offer a new and innovative way for students to prepare for their AAT exam, providing free study resources.

In order to facilitate access to this new resource, a TV guide is available on the LSBF TV webpage. This enables students to adjust their schedule, book their spot for the chosen time and get settled before the session takes place. Recordings of the sessions are also available for three weeks following the live streaming. The streaming of services across social media platforms such as Facebook means that students who are already acquainted with these sites will find it easier to access materials, since they are already visiting social media sites frequently.

Since early October, LSBF TV has successfully attracted over 13,000 people. Rob Sowerby, Director of Professional Education at LSBF, commented: “I am delighted to be able to offer such an innovative product to our students for free. LSBF is paving the way in professional training, offering a service that our competitors cannot match.”

LSBF is dedicated to constant innovation of the learning experience. Earlier this year it launched the online mobile app, Study LSBF, which enables students to access their studies at any time through their mobile phones. The free mobile app was designed for students pursuing a Master’s in Business (MBA), a Master’s in Finance, and Master’s in Marketing.
