U-Explore and Frog team up

New partnership with U-Explore sees Frog extend its services beyond the classroom and into careers advice

Leading education solutions provider Frog Education has announced an exclusive partnership with careers guidance company U-Explore to provide access to careers and employability advice for thousands of Frog users across the UK.

U-Explore provide independent and impartial careers information and a range of resources to help students to navigate their future, including access to professional guidance. The deal means that this information will be added to Frog’s wealth of next generation technology resources, all available via a single platform and accessible within seconds.

The partnership will provide significant benefits for Frog users (parents, teachers and pupils alike) including:

  • Frog students will receive a personal profile builder, helping them explore options and prepare for future learning and work and access high quality professional guidance
  • Schools will be able to create one point of truth for careers information, which can easily be shared across all teaching staff
  • Students will be able to take ownership of their career development anytime, anywhere
  •  Frog’s simple to use drag and drop system, and single sign-on with U-Explore makes it easy to integrate careers advice into lessons

The agreement further underlines Frogs commitment to providing one of the world’s most cutting-edge education resources. This commitment was recently recognised at BETT 2015, with Frog winning the ICT Company of the Year award.

Commenting, Kate Lewis, Commercial Director at Frog, said: “We’re really excited about working with U-Explore. At Frog we think it’s vital to expose young people to the types of technology they’ll encounter in the work place. Working with U-Explore is a natural fit, and a seamless way to help students craft their future career”

Andy Pickles, CEO of U-Explore said: “At U-Explore our belief is that careers guidance shouldn’t be a discreet activity for a young person but an immersive one where information and advice is accessible through their daily online experience.

“This is why the partnership with Frog is such a significant step forward for all young people, parents and teachers associated with our organisations, to be able to access a careers service whenever they need it and responsive to their needs.”
