Robert Hutchison

Sam Winterbottom
As Head of the Further Education Sector at Gamma, it is Sam’s responsibility to ensure that customer experience is at the forefront of everything his team do, from the first point of contact with a Business Development Manager through to day-to-day support from an Account Manager. Gamma manage the telecoms estates of over 50 Universities in the UK and have a number of solutions that assist them to manage their telecoms estates, particularly during peak times such as Clearing, with focussed and dedicated teams to manage the process.
Richard Harvey
Richard is Professor of Computing Sciences at University of East Anglia. Before joining UEA in 1993 Richard worked for Plessey Naval Systems and then Marconi Underwater Systems as a mathematician. Richard holds a first degree in electronics and a PhD in the application of statistical estimation theory to the passive synthetic aperture problem. Richard also holds several posts in the Vice-Chancellor's Office where he is the Academic Director for Admissions (responsible for all the University's Admissions and Outreach activity), the Academic Director of Internationalisation (which is concerned with the University's international links). He also Chairs the Low Carbon Innovation Fund (LCIF) Investment Committee which is the body that approves all investment decisions.
