Aaron Burrell - Head of Learning Information and Environments, University of Suffolk

Aaron works to strategically design and deliver the University’s learning and research information systems and environments. As University system owner, he has responsibility for the review, identification, procurement, integration and development of these spaces, and the management of the University's Learning Innovation Hub. Working in partnership with academic and researchers Aaron develops opportunities to showcase learning and research through the provision of course design and 'make-over' events to support validations and pedagogic practice development. Alongside this work he is also an executive member of the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching. Alongside this Aaron has day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the Department for Library and Learning Services which includes Academic Development, Digital Learning Design and Library & Research Services. Aaron joined the University in 2007 from the Centre for Research in Educational Applications of Telematics where he worked from 1998 developing and implementing the first iterations of virtual learning environments in a jointly funded project with BT Labs at Adastral Park.

Samantha Ahern - Faculty Learning Technology Lead, University College London

Samantha is an experienced educator (higher and secondary education) and Fellow of the HEA. She is a Faculty Learning Technology Lead at University College London, supporting faculty members in the development of their connected learning approach. In addition to this role, she also undertakes educational research primarily focusing on learning analytics and learning design. Her main areas of interest are EdTech ethics and staff and students’ wellbeing.

Corey Snow - Education Industry Solutions, Salesforce.org

Corey previously served as CRM Strategist and Solution Architect at Harvard University, partnering with 40+ teams spanning 8 Schools to foster cross-campus collaboration and promote shared success with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. Corey is grateful to have been immersed in technology for his entire career, acting as a technologist in diverse sectors including healthcare, marketing systems, data storage, pharmaceuticals, publishing, and non-profit. His current mission is to enable Educational Institutions to thrive into an era of renewed relevancy by embracing and leveraging the power of human-centric technology.
