The COVID-19 pandemic has forced education institutes to rethink the sector’s traditional bricks-and-mortar structure. While schools start to open their doors, the future of higher education still hangs in the air, with some UK universities cancelling all face-to-face classes for the upcoming academic year, and others opting for a blended learning model of both face-to-face and online. Whatever happens, it looks like the face of university education could be transforming in front our eyes.
