Rob Carter, Ark Schools
Rob works with schools and colleges, sponsors, IT suppliers, builders and design teams to ensure the school vision becomes a reality. His expertise lies in guiding educational institutions through the process of interpreting an overall vision for learning, management and administration that is underpinned by technology, through procurement, implementation and associated change. Rob also co-designs and delivers CPD and “new school” launch programmes. He is an: MBCS CITP Chartered IT Professional; Advanced Google Certified Educator; Microsoft Teams Product Lead; Prince2 Project Management Practitioner; Change Management Practitioner including Dynamic Facilitation; Accredited Personal Coach; MAT IT Programme Lead; and Qualified Teacher & Head of ICT and Computing.
Paul Jones, Head of Schools, Cisco
With over 20 years of experience behind him, Paul joined Cisco in 2006 and in that time has always worked with an education sector focus. He is currently responsible for developing Cisco's strategy and messaging for the UK schools market as well as consulting with the Department for Education, the construction industry and Multi Academy Trusts on an as needed basis.
As schools move to the cloud, Paul is passionate about showcasing how Cisco is at the forefront of innovative technologies to ensure schools create a safe and enhanced learning space for their pupils.
Paul is a competitive golfer representing his club at regional tournaments, and spends a lot of spare time travelling in the UK and abroad when allowed.

Joe Weiss is the global practice lead for Cisco Meraki Smart Cameras and Sensors and specializes in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Video Analytics, Sensors, and Physical Security. With over 15 years of industry experience he has a wealth of knowledge with an extensive background in education, retail and hospitality. Joe is also a certified World BBQ Championship Judge and certified Cicerone which is like a sommelier but for beer.
